Location
We are based in Cambridge & Ely and can access the local area with ease or any where else in East Anglia region.

Environmental
We live in the areas we supply and we like our standard of living to continue and to therefore its in our interest to provide environmentally friendly service. As part of our PC and support contract service we remove your old PC and any peripherals for free and dispose of them safely where possible we pass on fully working machines to charities or reuse working parts, other parts are disposed of in compliance with the WEE regulations which will be coming into force in the next year. We also have a duty of care to your newly purchased machine and will remove this machine for free even post a service contract. The machines themselves are specified on an individual basis and we try to use low wattage processors wherever possible.

Support
Our support contracts come on ad hoc or monthly basis and start from as little as £5per month which includes call out fees and most contracts include parts. But because we are local we can be at your businesses within the day and can provide support via the phone. Our phone support services is not a call centre in India but a direct line to your engineer. Every support contract has a designated engineer who provides both support and first port of call for the company and Venture Skills.
