ok we host our blog here we are biased but the guys at wordpress.com really do rock if you haven’t noticed we have a new theme, which looks just like our main site. The reason well simple its the same theme or at least the same basic theme Garland read about the WordPress version here
And while the Drupal guys are perhaps understandably upset see this post it does seem to be a null point after all if you release code people will copy and imitation is the highest form of flattery (just see my rant on duplicate content this is hollow words)
I understand branding is important and some of the reasons that the Drupal guys are saying but it seems naive to brand one of the best CMS around solely on a theme!
Over the next few days we will be modifying the rest of the blog to match the new merged theme, do you have a strong opinion should we be using this theme?
